MINSK, 17 August (BelTA) - The Reserve Fund of the President of
Belarus will earmark money to finance the recuperative holidays for 81
children from Syria and 23 children from Uzbekistan at the national
children's education and recreation center Zubrenok. Belarus President
Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding order on 16 August, BelTA
learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The visit will include health improvement programs, excursions, cultural events in Minsk and other regions of the country.
Organizing the recuperative holidays of the children from Syria and Uzbekistan in Belarus will contribute to the further development of bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian and educational sectors with these countries, promote the history and culture of Belarus, and strengthen the positive image of the country abroad.
