
MINSK, 9 October (BelTA) – Hungarian experts have studied the occupational safety procedures at the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant (BelNPP), BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Energy.
The 8th meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian working group on nuclear energy cooperation primarily addressed this topic.
Belarusian specialists shared best practices in enhancing safety and preventing occupational injuries. Participants also reviewed approaches for relevant technical and organizational measures, as well as advanced practices in occupational safety and health. Fire safety and environmental protection were also on the agenda.

The Hungarian delegation toured several laboratories at the nuclear power plant and learned about the monitoring of physical and chemical conditions in the working environment.
