MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) –The Belarusian food industry concern Belgospishcheprom increased exports by more than 18% in January-September, which was the result of vigorous efforts to build international trade partnerships, Chairman of Belgospishcheprom Concern Oleg Zhidkov told BelTA in the run-up to the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers.
In 2024, the organizations affiliated with Belgospishcheprom Concern maintained momentum and utilized all their capacities. According to the head of the concern, the production growth target was even exceeded. The output targets for sugar, beer, vodka and liquor, and table salt were met.
The organizations of the concern keep ramping up exports and maintain financial stability. The profitability of sales at the concern is above 11%.
“We have met targets related to investments in fixed assets, energy saving, the export of innovative products, and saving of light petroleum products. The gross average monthly salary in the concern amounted to about Br2,500, up 18.1% year-on-year,” Oleg Zhidkov said.
