MINSK, 26 November (BelTA) – Results of Belarusian-Chinese business cooperation in 2025 and plans for organizing events in 2026 were discussed during a meeting of Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Zhang Wenchuan, representatives of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) told BelTA.

Mikhail Myatlikov spoke highly of positive dynamics and the intensity of business interaction between Belarus and China. Taking into account the positive experience of the participation of Chinese companies in Belagro expos and Innoprom Belarus expos he suggested the Chinese side should consider organizing exhibitions of Chinese provinces in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone in 2026 and handed over a presentation of this project.

Zhang Wenchuan thanked the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for cooperation and support over the year. The ambassador hailed another “bountiful year” in Belarusian-Chinese relations and expressed hope that the forthcoming years of manufacturing cooperation between Belarus and China in 2026-2027 would open up even more opportunities for business contacts. He also invited Belarusian enterprises to continue the successful tradition of taking part in the annual China International Import Expo in Shanghai.

Participants of the meeting reached an agreement on organizing further contacts of the Chinese diplomatic mission with Belarusian enterprises via the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They agreed to coordinate actions on topical items on the bilateral business agenda.
