Belarus’ Development Bank may issue bank guarantees to SMEs for Br10m in 2026

MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – Resolution No. 98/7 of the Council of Ministers and the National Bank of Belarus, dated 27 February 2026, has approved the limit for bank guarantees to be issued by the Development Bank to small and medium-sized businesses for the year 2026. The document was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 5 March, BelTA reports.

According to the resolution, the limit for bank guarantees issued by the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus to support small and medium-sized enterprises is set at Br10 million.
