
MINSK, 14 August (BelTA) – The CIS Youth Dressage Championship is to begin at the Equestrian Sports and Horse Breeding Center in Ratomka, BelTA reports.
Ratomka will host such competition for the first time, with nearly 100 top dressage riders from Belarus and the CIS set to compete. Among the participants are multiple Belarusian junior champion, winner and medalist of the Eurasian Youth Games Alena Sadova and international and national junior tournament champions and medalists Aleksandra Trukhan and Emilia Sinkovets. Russia’s team will feature top athletes, including Varvara Voronina, Viktoria Vasilyeva and Elizaveta Matveyeva.
On 17 August, the competition will culminate in a celebration: the riders will perform freestyle to music. The event offers free admission for all spectators.
