MINSK, 11 June (BelTA) - Belarus and Cuba are working on the possibility of exchanging high-level visits, Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov said at the 11th meeting of the Belarusian-Cuban joint commission on trade and economic cooperation in Minsk on 10 June, BelTA has learned.
“Belarus is ready to discuss absolutely all topics, to listen and hear the opinion of our Cuban partners and expects the same from Cuba,” Evgeny Shestakov said.
He also emphasized: “I hope that this meeting of the joint commission will serve as a good basis for elaboration and preparation of the upcoming high-level and top-level visits, exchange of such visits, which make the prospects of our bilateral agenda.”
“I expect that the agreements reached will serve as a good basis for compiling the agenda of these visits,” Evgeny Shestakov said.
