MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) – A contract for the supply of Belarusian peat products to China has been signed in Shanghai, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry.
At the China International AgTech Exhibition, the delegation of the Beltopgaz state production association held negotiations with Chinese partners.
“As a result, a contract was signed for the supply of 8,700 cubic meters of peat products. The contract value is about 1.1 million Chinese yuan (approximately $160,000). Deliveries are scheduled for April-May 2026. This is another step toward strengthening the position of Belarusian peat products on the Chinese market and expanding the export potential of the industry,” the ministry noted.
