MOSCOW, 27 January (BelTA) – Belarus and Russia will continue the work to protect the Union State market from unfriendly countries, Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik told the media after a meeting with leader of the parliamentary faction of the New People Party Alexei Nechayev in the State Duma on 27 January, BelTA has learned.
“During the meeting we discussed the protection of the Union State market from unfriendly countries. Because today we, investing huge money in the development of our own industries, should not feed those countries that criticize us and slam everything we do,” the ambassador said.
“This work will continue in all areas of bilateral cooperation. We will not only develop but also protect the newly created manufactures from the aggression of third countries,” Ambassador Aleksandr Rogozhnik said.
“We need to monitor the quality of goods that are imported into the Union State market. We need high-quality goods, not some fakes. We will work together,” Alexei Nechayev added.
