MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) - On 8-9 December, four teams representing Belarusian universities played in the national basketball tournament among female students at the sports grounds of the Olympic Reserve School. In the final, the team of the Maksim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University (BSPU) defeated peers from the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno 71:70.
The organizers of the tournament were the Education Ministry, the Sport and Tourism Ministry, the Belarusian Basketball Federation, the Belarusian Association of Student Sports and the National Center for Physical Education and Sport among Students.
