MINSK, 8 November (BelTA) – The Belarusian duo has qualified for the synchronized trampoline final at the 2025 FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Spain’s Pamplona, BelTA has learned.
The men’s qualification round featured 38 pairs, with the top 24 advancing to the semifinal. Belarusians Andrei Builov and Ivan Litvinovich posted the second-best score, while Sebastian Stankevich and Stanislau Yaskevich finished fifth. In the next round of qualification, Builou and Litvinovich claimed victory, with Stankevich and Yaskevich finishing right behind them. However, due to the limit of one pair per country in the final, only Andrei and Ivan advanced. The medalists in this discipline will be determined on 9 November, with the Belarusians set to face competitors from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, China, Portugal, Japan, and Russia.
The women’s synchronized event featured 24 duos, including our Katsiaryna Yarshova/Iana Lebedeva and Viyaleta Bardzilouskaya/Zlata Miniakhmetava. Both Belarusian tandems delivered strong performances in the qualification round, securing second and fourth place respectively. Unfortunately, they could not carry this momentum into the semifinal, with Bardzilouskaya and Miniakhmetava ranking 14th and Yarshova and Lebedeva 16th.
