MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – UK security expert Olamide Samuel has spoken about his experience at the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, BelTA has learned.

For an effective dialogue, it is important to hear both sides, because, as the saying goes, there are always two sides to every story.
