MINSK, 27 April (BelTA) - The third meeting of the working group to draft a convention on the legal status of delegations to CIS member states was held in the CIS Executive Committee in the format of a video conference call, BelTA has learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
Special consideration was given to the scope and nature of immunity in regard the legal status of delegation members. In this regard, the parties discussed the approaches applied in the existing international documents adopted in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
The working group will continue to review the draft document in the second half of 2021.
