MINSK, 30 December (BelTA) - The co-chairs of the Belarus-China intergovernmental committee on cooperation, Nikolai Snopkov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, and Guo Shengkun, a member of the Politburo, member of the Central Secretariat, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Chinese Communist Party, held a videoconference on 29 December, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in China.
During the detailed conversation, the parties summed up the interim results of the implementation of the agreements reached during the fourth meeting of the intergovernmental committee in December 2020, and discussed topical issues of the Belarusian-Chinese agenda.
The event was also attended by the ambassadors of Belarus and China Yuri Senko and Xie Xiaoyong, representatives of various ministries and departments of the two countries.
