Ambassador to meet with Russian Vice PM to discuss Belarus' participation in Russian national projects

MOSCOW, 27 January (BelTA) - Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik has announced a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk to discuss Belarus' participation in Russian national projects as he talked to the media, BelTA learned.

“Now the main task is to ensure the participation of our country in the national projects that have been outlined by the Russian head of state. These are 19 national projects. Just today we are meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Russian government Alexei Overchuk to discuss the possibility of participation of Belarusian companies in these projects,” the ambassador said.

“We have good experience in developing a roadmap and a program for the development of microelectronics. We want to work out something similar for the national projects and thus ensure that we have our own Union State product, our own Union State development. Thus we will acquire competencies in the areas that are not yet covered today,” Ambassador Aleksandr Rogozhnik added.
