MINSK, 19 August (BelTA) – Bellegprom companies intend to develop cooperation with Nizhny Novgorod of Russia, press secretary of the Belarusian light industry concern Bellegprom Marina Vaskevich told BelTA.
A Belarusian delegation headed by Minsk Deputy Mayor Nadezhda Lazarevich is visiting Nizhny Novgorod.
The delegation members met with Nizhny Novgorod Mayor Yuri Shalabayev as part of the celebrations to mark the 801st anniversary of the founding of the city.
New prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation are opening up for enterprises of Belarus and the Russian region. For example, OAO Belfa and Russia's TM Gorod Gorky are going to sign a contract to supply artificial fur; Soligorsk Kupalinka apparel company plans to open a brand store in one of the shopping centers of Nizhny Novgorod.
