MINSK, 21 November (BelTA) – U.S. President Donald Trump is pressing Vladimir Zelensky not only for a conflict settlement, but also for compromising information on the administration of the former U.S. president Joe Biden, member of the Another Ukraine movement, former member of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada Spiridon Kilinkarov said in a new episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.
“Zelensky is facing severe pressure designed to force specific political choices from him, with each party naturally pursuing its own agenda,” Spiridon Kilinkarov said.
The former Verkhovna Rada member believes that the United States, and particularly President Donald Trump, has its own interest in this conflict. “He does not care at all how much territory Russia gains or Ukraine loses. What is fundamentally important to him, based on his political interest, is to demonstrate to the whole world his leadership, his success, and his ability to settle even such conflicts as the Ukrainian one. This is a political task for him, which should later be converted into success in domestic politics,” he noted.
Kilinkarov noted that America's foreign policy consistently reflects its internal politics. "That's why this is a crucial goal for Donald Trump. He allowed the Europeans and Zelensky time to prove themselves militarily.

He allowed the Europeans and Zelensky time to prove themselves militarily. They failed at all of it; there is no success on the battlefield. Accordingly, Donald Trump will advance his agenda for settling this conflict through such coercive measures,” the expert is convinced.
Thus, he believes, Vladimir Zelensky has two options. The first is to accept Donald Trump’s terms for settling the conflict. The second option is to reject them, side with the globalists, and hope that they will provide him with everything necessary to continue this war.
“Essentially, Zelensky has already made his choice. I believe he was and remains on the side of the globalists. And his logic is very simple. Trump, after all, isn’t just asking for a conflict resolution. He is also demanding, I’m convinced, compromising material on the Biden team. This includes not only Biden and his corrupt circle but also the Democrats, Soros, USAID… All the corruption networks that functioned in Ukraine,” Spiridon Kilinkarov said.
