MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) - The Great Stone Industrial Park has proposed a platform for Hong Kong's innovative production facilities, BelTA learned from the park's press service.
The Great Stone was visited by the head of the Greater Eastern Europe Business Alliance (GEEBA), along with companies from Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, who are interested in developing industrial, investment, and trade cooperation with Belarus.
The Great Stone management got the delegation familiar with the park's history, its preferential policy, the main business sectors of its residents, and samples of manufactured products. During the visit, the business mission also toured the production facilities of park residents specializing in machine building, electronics, and telecommunications. The visitors were shown the specifics of the technological processes and contacts were exchanged.
During negotiations, the parties discussed the prospects for the implementation and development of investment projects at the Great Stone. The importance of developing bilateral relations, including in the production of components within the framework of developing machine building, electronics, and telecommunications clusters, was highlighted. The visitors highly appreciated the park's preferential policy and its advanced infrastructure. A readiness was expressed to use the Great Stone platform for implementing innovative production, as well as for the association's exhibition events.
Following the visit, representatives of the Hong Kong companies Lonco Company Limited and LK Group held a meeting with a current park resident, Human Craft to discuss the specifics of organizing product manufacturing, features of the logistics process, and potential vectors for further cooperation.
