MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) - Ivan Litvinovich of Belarus has won the men’s overall classification of the World Cup series in trampoline gymnastics for the second season in a row, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.
The 2025 Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup season consisted of six events, with the four best results counting toward the final standings. Ivan Litvinovich won gold medals at the events in Baku (Azerbaijan), Riccione (Italy), and Coimbra (Portugal). With these three victories, Ivan earned 180 points and took first place in the overall standings, finishing 31 points ahead of Russia's Maksim Didenko and 37 points ahead of Japan's Yusei Matsumoto. The two-time Olympic champion also won the overall classification last year.
Sofia Alyaeva of Russia won the women’s overall classification. The best-placed Belarusian was Katsiaryna Yarshova, who finished seventh.
Trampoline athletes will next compete at the 2025 FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Pamplona, Spain on 5-10 November.
