MINSK, 28 November (BelTA) - The 19th edition of the Boxing EUBC Viktor Liventsev Memorial International Tournament has completed at the Chizhovka Arena in Minsk, BelTA learned from the NOC press service.
Taking part in the tournament were the best athletes from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Afghanistan and Congo. The Belarusian team won 20 (six gold, five silver and nine bronze) medals.
Gold medals were claimed by Yana Burym (under 50kg), Yuliya Apanasovich (under 52kg), Viktoriya Kebikava (under 81kg), Vadzim Vouchek (under 63.5kg), and Aliaksei Alfiorau (under 86kg).
Silver medals went to Darya Liatsko, Aryna Danilchyk, Alina Veber, Aliaksei Koktsikau, and Mikita Nagorny. Bronze medals were claimed by Kristina Tsyrkunova, Viktorya Tseleman, Dianis Salotskikh, Uladzislau Smolauski, Dzmitry Balkou, Artur Tuniyeu, Dzmitry Deshkevich, Aliaksandr Radzionau and Vitaly Ostanin.
Russia won seven, Uzbekistan – six and Armenia – one gold medal.
