MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – Belarus’ Ivan Litvinovich and Andrei Builou triumphed in the men’s synchronized trampoline event at the 3rd CIS Games in Azerbaijan, BelTA has learned.
In the tournament held in Sheki, the Belarusian trampolinists competed for medals against duos from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan. Ivan Litvinovich and Andrei Builou clinched gold with a score of 54.91 points. They finished two and a half points ahead of the Russian pair Danila Kasimov and Kirill Kozlov. The hosts of the competition secured bronze.
Earlier on 3 October, Ivan Litvinovich won silver in the men's individual trampoline, and Yana Lebedeva secured two gold medals: one in the individual event and another in the synchronized event with Katsiaryna Yarshova. The previous day, both the Belarusian men's and women's national teams won gold in their respective team events.
