MOSCOW, 20 March (BelTA) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the signing of an agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on certain matters relating to the enforcement of writs of execution in cases where the claimants are state bodies and state-funded organizations of the Republic of Belarus. The relevant decree by the Russian head of state has been published on the website of the Russian legal information registry, BelTA has learned.
Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian Justice Ministry to sign this agreement on behalf of Russia upon reaching an agreement with the Belarusian side. The ministry was authorized to make minor changes to the draft approved by the government.
