MOSCOW, 2 December (BelTA) - The Commission on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will convene for a meeting in Moscow on 8 December, BelTA learned from the PA press service.
“Participants will discuss the progress of work on reforming the Union State’s media, as well as the development of a concept for the Union State’s media up to 2030. In addition, issues of financing Union State media in 2025 and 2026 are planned for discussion,” the press service noted.
Representatives of the Standing Commission of the Union State, the Belarusian Information Ministry, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the Russian Foreign Ministry, and heads of Union State media have been invited to take part in the event.
