MINSK, 25 October (BelTA) - U.S. President Donald Trump does not want a nuclear apocalypse as the incompetent leadership of the European Union is creating the preconditions for it, military expert Yuri Dudkin said in a new episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.
“I believe that not all is lost with Trump, that he, after all, does not want a nuclear apocalypse which is just one step, or even half a step, away. He does not want it and understands perfectly well who is pushing it. It is primarily the incompetent leadership of the European Union and also the far-reaching interests of the United States itself in Europe,” Yuri Dudkin noted.
He recalled that in building interstate relations with Russia, Donald Trump adheres to diplomatic approaches, by no means military ones. "This is important to him.
