CIS experts to discuss international election observation

Its main topics will be artificial intelligence and its application in the electoral process: protection against fakes and risks of digital interference; law, rights, and “rules” in international observation; international observation and the protection of sovereignty; without unipolar templates: how CIS, African, and Latin American states cooperate in monitoring election integrity.

An exhibition titled Elections of the Winners, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the first post-war elections, will be presented on the sidelines of the conference. CIS countries will also display modern equipment used in elections. The conference will open with a Youth Day on 18 February.
