MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the people of Bulgaria on their national holiday - Liberation Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
“The history of relations between Minsk and Sofia goes back more than one decade. Friendships and partnerships based on trust have been growing stronger for many years and contributed to the prosperity of our states,” the message of congratulations reads. “I am confident that spiritual affinity, fellow-feeling and respect between the Belarusian and Bulgarian peoples will eventually help resume constructive cooperation between our countries, primarily in trade and humanitarian matters. Belarus is ready for that.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the people of Bulgaria peace, prosperity and well-being.
