MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – On 29 October, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov met with Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia Botumrangsay Chring, who is taking part in the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, BelTA has learned.
The parties discussed measures to develop intergovernmental cooperation mechanisms and political dialogue. The meeting emphasized the importance of regular political consultations and active interaction within international organizations. The potential for implementing joint projects in industry and agriculture was also noted.
The heads of the respective agencies reached an agreement to intensify work on improving the legal framework for bilateral cooperation.
The meeting also resulted in agreements to implement Belarusian-Cambodian trade and economic projects, intensify political dialogue, and foster closer cooperation between the business communities of both countries.
