MOSCOW, 12 September (BelTA - TV BRICS) - Moscow will host the 6th Russian Creative Week federal forum and festival, the main event in the creative economy sector. It will bring together more than 350 speakers from the CIS, SCO, and BRICS countries. TV BRICS is the international media partner of the event.

The main event will be the plenary session “The Visionary State: Russia's New Philosophy of Intellectual and Creative Leadership.” Participants will discuss a strategy for developing the creative economy based on traditional values, multipolarity, and innovation.

Marina Mongush, President of the Creative Economy Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation, noted that the forum is a platform for designing the future of creative industries.

"Today, this work is being done on a fundamentally new level, with a greater focus on values and opportunities for all talented people. [...] We are confident that it will bring them real benefits and will strategically contribute to the active growth dynamics of the experience economy, where creative businesses create high-margin products and the sector's share reaches and even exceeds 6 per cent of the country's GDP," she said.

The forum's programme focuses on three key areas: value-oriented economy and international cooperation, spatial development of regions with the help of creative industries, and new professions in the era of digitalisation.

High-ranking officials and business leaders will take part in the discussions, including Deputy Prime Ministers Aleksander Novak and Dmitry Chernyshenko, as well as ministers and top managers of major companies.

A total of more than 60 sessions are planned, covering topical issues of creative economy development and new opportunities for business and government.

Russian Creative Week is the main federal event in the field of Russia's creative economy, held since 2020. It is organised by ANO Creative Economy, a federal centre for supporting creative industries. Over the past five years, the forum has brought together more than 153,000 participants and 700 speakers from 19 countries, serving as a platform for generating new ideas, strategies, and business solutions that contribute to the development of the industry.
