Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs arrives in Minsk for Normandy Four talks

MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) – Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin arrived in Belarus for a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France), BelTA has learned.

As BelTA reported earlier, the ministerial meeting is to be held in the President Hotel in the afternoon. The proposal to hold this meeting in the Belarusian capital was announced last week. Later on the parties confirmed their intention to gather in Minsk for the Normandy Four meeting.

Ukraine intends to lay out its roadmap on the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin told the media ahead of the Minsk meeting. The minister is set to emphasize security and humanitarian issues.

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Germany and France are expected to arrive in Minsk later.
