MINSK, 20 June (BelTA) – A subsidiary of the Holding Management Company Belavtodor got the right to build and repair automobile roads in Ukraine, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Property Committee.
A registration certificate with the right to conduct economic activities on the territory of a neighboring state was issued to the representative office of the subsidiary of the Belavtodor holding company, OAO DST No.2, Gomel. The corresponding decision was made by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on 7 June 2017. In the near future two more Belavtodor's subsidiaries from Brest and Grodno will open their representative offices in Ukraine.
According to the State Property Committee, Belavtodor's subsidiary, OAO DST No.2, Gomel, won the electronic auction held on 15 June 2017 to provide repairs of the section of the H-16 motorway Zolotonosha-Cherkasy-Smila-Uman. The contract signing procedures are underway.
The Holding Management Company Belavtodor was reincorporated into an open joint stock company in early 2017. Belarus holds 100% of the company's shares. The Management Holding Company Belavtodor is managed by the company's general stakeholder assembly, the supervisory council. The director general is the chief executive body.
