MINSK, 25 April (BelTA) – Poland’s militarization will cost every Pole, including babies, up to $4,000, Belarusian President, Chairman of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the 7th Belarusian People's Congress on 25 April, BelTA has learned.
"The technical modernization programs of the Polish army until 2035 is estimated $133 billion. Do the Poles know that up to $4,000 will be deducted from every citizen, including babies?" Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
Thus, when re-equipping the Armed Forces, Poland focuses on the purchase of modern combat aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, armored vehicles, multiple launch rocket systems and anti-aircraft missile systems of both foreign and domestic make. Poland laso intends to conclude contracts for the supply of U.S. AH-64 attack helicopters.
