MINSK, 17 October (BelTA) – The Belarusian health resorts has been booked by 90% for the holiday season from 25 December to 8 January, BelTA learned from the Belarusian national center of health resort treatment and recuperation.
“We are gearing up for the holiday season from 25 December to 8 January. In addition to medical procedures and spa treatment, the Christmas program will also include concerts, master classes with Belarusian flavor, screening of the New Year's Eve movies, dance evenings, cultural and sports activities outdoors, excursion programs, shop tours. And, of course, the health resorts are thoroughly working on the New Year's Eve menu. To date, the health resorts has been booked by 90%. Those wishing to enjoy a healthy and quality Christmas holidays should hurry up,” the center informed.
The vouchers for 12-14 days enjoy the greatest demand, about 40% of them has been booked by Russian citizens.
The most popular health resorts are those affiliated with the Belarus President Property Management Department (Yunost and Priozerny), OAO Belagrozdravnitsa (Radon, Sosnovy Bor), the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus (Krinitsa, the health resort named after Vladimir Lenin) and also the newly built health resort Plissa. They attract visitors not only by high-quality and diverse set of services but also security measures that allow vacationers to enjoy undisturbed relaxed holidays.
