Belarusian defense contractors to present information security solutions at TIBO 2018

MINSK, 14 May (BelTA) – Enterprises of the State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus will present their latest information security products during the 25th international forum on information and communication technologies TIBO 2018, the committee's representatives told BelTA.

The company AGAT – Control Systems will present its latest products in the area of information security, navigation, air traffic control, and LTE-enabled products. In particular, the company will present a cross-platform system for controlling the integrity of files and the hardware-based cryptographic information security solution PRIMA.

An LTE-enabled product for managing mobile workforce at the department-level of an electrical company will be presented. The product is designed to help manage the response of personnel to all kinds of emergencies. It will allow more safely and precisely sending repair teams to emergency locations.

The united stand of the holding company Geoinformation Control Systems will also feature a device, which is designed to automatically detect a road accident and send a distress signal to the emergency response system operator ERA-RB via GSM communication channels. The latest feature is designed to greatly reduce the period between the time the road accident happens and the time the rescue workers arrive.

A smart console for air traffic control and ground traffic control in an airport will be demonstrated as well. AGAT – Control Systems will also present a lineup of one-phase double-conversion uninterrupted power supply (UPS) units with the output capacity of 1-3kVA. Specialists of the enterprise Precision Electromechanics Factory will present a Belarusian national satellite communication and broadcasting system. Services for resident and non-resident companies, the organization of television broadcasting, and the services available via the communication satellite Belintersat 1 will be presented.

The 25th international forum on information and communication technologies TIBO 2018 will be opened in Minsk Arena today. The TIBO Expo will be opened on 15 May. It will gather over 100 companies from 15 countries — Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the UK, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, the USA, Turkey, Ukraine, and Japan.
