Lukashenko attends the opening of a WW2 memorial in Russia’s Leningrad Oblast

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin went to Leningrad Oblast on 27 January and took part in a ceremony to unveil the memorial meant to commemorate USSR civilian victims of the Nazi genocide during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
