MINSK, 30 March (BelTA) – HC Dinamo Minsk and HC Dynamo Moscow will play their fourth game of the first-round playoff series in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) on 30 March, BelTA has learned.

The Minsk Bisons are leading the series 3-0 for the first time in the club’s history. Minsk secured victories on home ice on 24 and 26 March (3-1 and 4-1), and then claimed an overtime win in Moscow on 28 March (2-1). Sam Anas, the KHL’s top scorer this season, scored in every game. The fourth game is set to start at 7:30 p.m. at VTB Arena.

“It won’t be easy, the opponent has no room for error. Beating the same opponent four times is tough, and doing it in a row is even harder. The hosts will be fired up, and so will their fans. But I am confident our supporters will back us again, and we will play well,” Sam Anas said.

If they succeed, Dmitri Kvartalnov’s team will advance to the Gagarin Cup quarterfinals for the second consecutive season. Should HC Dynamo Moscow win at home, the teams will return to Minsk Arena for the next game on 1 April.
