SMOLENSK, 28 May (BelTA) - Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi provided details on how many foreigners have taken advantage of the Belarus-Russia agreement on mutual recognition of visas as he attended a meeting of the High Level Group of the Union State Council of Ministers in Smolensk on 28 May, BelTA has learned.
Dmitry Krutoi stressed that the agreement has been fully operational since February of this year. "Yesterday, Belarusian border authorities confirmed that there have been no failures so far. The system is working perfectly. About 60,000 foreign citizens have already taken the advantages of this agreement," he stated.
