Belavia to launch direct flights to Thailand in January

MINSK, 14 October (BelTA) – Belarus’ national airline Belavia has announced the launch of new direct flight services between Minsk and two resorts in Thailand, the airline’s press service told BelTA.

Starting 8 January, flights will be operated on the Minsk-Pattaya route (U-Tapao International Airport). “Pattaya offers not only beaches, but also a vibrant nightlife with clubs, bars, restaurants and observation decks. Due to its convenient location, it is easy to reach Bangkok from here: the trip to the capital takes just a couple of hours,” the press service noted.

Flights to Phuket will start from 11 January. “This tropical paradise has long been known as one of the most attractive resorts in Thailand. White sand beaches, vibrant markets, and rich culture create a unique atmosphere,” the press service emphasized.

Tickets are available as part of tour packages. Details on flights, prices, and other relevant information can be obtained from tour operators.

Flights to Pattaya and Phuket will be operated once every 10-11 days. The estimated flight time is about 10 hours for outbound flights and around 11 hours for inbound flights.
