MINSK, 19 November (BelTA) – In January- October 2025 companies of all forms of ownership built 31,700 apartments. A total of 3,218,100 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the Belarusian National Statistical Committee.
Belarus commissioned some 1,018,500 square meters of housing for people registered as in need of better living conditions, which accounted for 31.6% of the total housing commissioned. Some 600,600 square meters of such housing were subsidized by the government.
A total of 1,210,400 square meters of housing were delivered in rural communities, or 37.6% of homes commissioned in the country.
