MINSK, 19 September (BelTA) – In January-August 2025 companies of all forms of ownership built 24,100 apartments. A total of 2,316,200 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the National Statistical Committee.
Belarus commissioned some 697,900 square meters of housing for people registered as in need of better living conditions, which accounted for 30.1% of the total housing commissioned. Some 429,900 square meters of such housing were subsidized by the government.

As to rural communities, 907,800 square meters of housing were delivered there, or 39.2% of homes commissioned in the country.
