MINSK, 12 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated active and retired tax administrators of Belarus on their professional holiday, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The taxation service is an important part of public administration. Your teamwork, continuous professional growth, polite toughness are important for proper tax collection, and subsequently for having financial resources to maintain national security, run social programs, invest in economic growth and improve living standards,” the message reads.
The president noted that the state, business and society expect taxation services to keep streamlining tax legislation and administration, introducing best practices, ensuring maximum transparency and convenience of all mandatory payments.
“I am convinced that relying on the experience of your predecessors and using the best practices, you will continue to work successfully for the benefit of Belarus and its citizens,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
