Lukashenko extends 90th anniversary greetings to Dinamo National Olympic Stadium staff 

MINSK, 12 June (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the staff of Dinamo National Olympic Stadium on the 90th anniversary of the sports arena, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader. 

"After a large-scale reconstruction, Dinamo has turned into a beautiful ultra-modern arena with its own unique image, embodying the rich sports traditions of Belarus," the head of state said. “This legendary cultural and sports complex has witnessed many bright performances, victories and great names. It hosted the largest international sporting events, from the heated football battles of the 1980 Olympic Games to the unforgettable European Games and the CIS Games." 

"Today, as in previous years, young athletes train here next to famous champions, thousands of Minsk residents are introduced to a healthy lifestyle," the message of congratulations says. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that Dinamo National Olympic Stadium will continue to develop dynamically, remaining not only one of the main symbols of Minsk and Belarus, but also an arena of new victories, a place of attraction for the younger generations of active citizens who love their country. 

The president wished the staff and everyone for whom the stadium has become an important part of life good health, prosperity and new achievements.
