Tour of Palace of Independence for children with special needs On 13 March, the Palace of Independence hosted another group of visitors. Upon instructions of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, current and former students of the Ivenets Boarding School for Children with Special Needs were invited to visit the Palace of Independence.
