MINSK, 4 September (BelTA) – Head of the Supervisory Board Secretariat of Belarus’ Hi‑Tech Park (HTP) Anna Ryabova met with a delegation from the Chinese company Sinomach, led by Liu Guoqiang, Deputy General Director of Sinomach Digital Technology Corporation, BelTA learned from the HTP.
“Intensive contacts have been recently established between the HTP and Sinomach, which will undoubtedly lead to concrete proposals,” Anna Ryabova said. “We would be glad to welcome residents with Chinese capital to the park: the creation of an R&D center could be a significant step.”
Liu Guoqiang gave a detailed account of the activities of Sinomach Digital Technology Corporation, emphasizing that, as a subsidiary of Sinomach, the company is tasked with digital transformation and the implementation of national strategies. Among its main products are cloud platforms for managing agricultural machinery and mechanical engineering, which integrate AI technologies and create a unified system based on big data.
“Promising areas for our parties include joint research and development in artificial intelligence, personnel exchanges, and the promotion of the results of such activities in the markets of both countries,” Liu Guoqiang stressed.
The parties welcomed the course toward cooperation among SCO member states in digitalization following the Tianjin summit and agreed to continue interaction, including the development of mutually beneficial formats to introduce IT solutions into the real sectors of the economies of Belarus and China.
