Belarusian government approves seven international technical assistance projects

MINSK, 4 February (BelTA) - The Belarusian government has approved seven international technical assistance projects. Appropriate resolution No. 65 of 2 February 2021 was officially published on the national legal internet portal on 4 February, BelTA has learned.

The project "EU4Digital: Connecting Research and Education Communities (EaPConnect)” shall be coordinated by the National Academy of Sciences, the project "Strengthening cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Belarus in customs affairs" - by the State Customs Committee.

The Housing and Utilities Ministry and the regional executive committees shall be responsible for projects in the water sector in the towns of Kletsk, Luban, Fanipol, and Bereza.

The Education Ministry has been identified as the coordinator of the project "Modernization of postgraduate training in natural sciences and improvement of teaching methods."

The projects were approved on the basis of the proposals of the Commission on International Technical Cooperation at the Council of Ministers.
