MINSK, 12 December (BelTA) – The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has established price floors for specified goods in foreign trade. This measure follows from Resolution No. 132 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, dated 10 December 2025, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.

The list of goods includes fresh, chilled, and frozen carcasses and halves of cattle, other cuts, milk and cream (including condensed milk, with or without added sugar), and butter with a fat content of 72-80% or higher. The specific price data is detailed in the resolution’s appendix.

As a result, the Ministry’s earlier Resolution No. 125 of 11 November 2025, “On establishing price floors,” has been declared invalid.

The new resolution stipulates that contracts concluded prior to the entry into force of this resolution and not terminated are subject to compliance with its provisions, except in cases where payment has been made in full or the goods have been shipped in full or in part (with respect to payment for goods actually shipped).

The resolution entered into force on 12 December 2025.
