Cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky wishes Team Belarus every success at Pyeongchang Olympics

MINSK, 24 January (BelTA) - Cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, a native of the Belarusian town of Cherven, has wished Team Belarus every success in Pyeongchang in his recent video address, BelTA informs.

“Olympic champions are a sport asset of every country. With all my heart I wish the Belarusian athletes to fly high and conquer the Olympic heights. Remember, we are Together with the Team,” Oleg Novitsky said.

The 23rd Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang will take place on 9-25 February. The games will feature 102 events in 15 sports. Belarus will field 28 athletes in six sports: biathlon, aerial skiing, short track, speed skating, cross country skiing and Alpine skiing.
