MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) – Belarus’ Yahor Sharamkou claimed bronze at the 2024 FIG Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus World Cup in Doha, Qatar, BelTA has learned.

Yahor Sharamkou placed eighth in the vault qualification two days ago. In the final the Belarusian scored a total of 14,749 points to secure bronze. Gold went to Artur Davtyan from Armenia (15,166) and silver - to Carlos Yulo from the Philippines (15,066).

Yahor Sharamkou won two medals at the four legs of the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus World Cup: bronze in Doha and the floor exercise gold in Baku in March. Belarus’ Alena Tsitavets clinched two bronze medals in bars in Cottbus and Doha.
