MINSK, 16 October (BelTA) - A Slovak inspection group will visit Belarus on 16-20 October under the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (the CFE Treaty), BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry.
The inspection group will inspect a military unit of the Belarusian Armed Forces (at their option) which is subject to control under the CFE Treaty. The aim of the inspection is to prove that the actual amount of the materiel limited by the CFE Treaty corresponds to the declared data.
The inspection group will include four military inspectors from Slovakia and one inspector from Hungary, Spain, the United States and the Czech Republic each.
