Russian food quality watchdog lifts restrictions from Belarus' dairy canning factory

MINSK, 9 October (BelTA) – The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia (Rosselkhoznadzor) has lifted restrictions on supplies of products made by Glubokoye Dairy Canning Factory to Russia, BelTA learned from the website of Rosselkhoznadzor.

“Upon request of Belarus, Glubokoye Dairy Canning Factory may resume supplies of whole milk powder, dry partly skimmed milk, and dry skimmed milk (packed in 250g, 500g cartons) from 10 October,” the website reads.

Eligible for export to Russia are products made as from 10 October 2019. The products shall be bundled with digital veterinary certificates.
