Investment agreement with Cyprus company on construction project in Belarus' Hi-Tech Park terminated

MINSK, 29 June (BelTA) - Belarus has terminated an investment agreement with Cyprus' Svitland Development Limited on a construction project in the Hi-Tech Park. The relevant decision is contained in the Council of Ministers' Resolution No.489 of 23 June 2016 published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 29 June, BelTA informs.

The Council of Ministers has ruled to terminate the investment agreement between Belarus and Svitland Development Limited (Cyprus) on the implementation of an investment project to construct an administrative and production facility with integrated-attached premises of the trade and entertainment purpose in 2 Kuprevich Street, Minsk (the area of the Hi-Tech Park).

The investment agreement that was concluded in line with the Council of Ministers' Resolution No.913 of 6 July 2011 has been terminated by the agreement of the parties.

The resolution takes effect on the day of its official adoption.
